TransInFormation aims to have happy
customers, and retain satisfied customers. We offer good products with honest
representation. However, in the event that the products or services you purchase don't
suit your needs, TransInFormation will work with you as we strive to have you visit us
again in the future.
General guidelines are as follows:
a) All books with new (undamaged) covers and
content pages may be returned for 100% refund or exchange, within the first 30 days from
the original date of purchase. Books with damaged covers or pages (i.e. creased, ripped,
or discolored), not due to shipping and handling, may be exchanged for another available
title.
b) Software is not refundable from most vendors
once opened, but we'll make exchanges for another available applications, within the first
30 days from the original date of purchase.
c) Paintings and artistic works are returnable
only with authorization from our manager, and refunded or exchanged only after our
manager's inspection.
d) Refunds on technical and consultative
services are determined, agreed upon, and signed at time of contract.
e) Products and services purchased from vendors
advertised with TransInFormation have their respective refund and exchange policies.
Please review each vendor's policy when you make your purchases.
f) All returns after 30 days, from the original
date of purchase, may not be refundable or exchangeable.
g) Returns not properly packaged as outlined
below, may not be refundable or exchangeable.
To make returns for items purchased from
TransInFormation, meeting the guidelines in section (2) above:
a) Re-pack the item, individually, in its
original packaging
b) Address the package to:

c) And mail it, with insurance, using any
standard shipping method
d) We must receive you return in order to
provide you with the refund.
To make exchanges for items purchased from
TransInFormation, meeting the above guidelines in section (2):
a) Package your return as outlined in section
(3a)
b) Mail the package to the address in section
(3b)
c) Include a memo stating what you would like
to exchange the unwanted item for.
Do NOT return to TransInFormation any item
purchased from other vendors, who may advertise with TransInFormation.
